OMG you guys, I’ve been wanting to share the recipe for these healthy Mocca brownie bites for so long. Somehow they have always disappeared before I’ve managed to photograph them. They are extremely easy to make, taste so damn good, and contain no refined sugar or gluten. They are also naturally vegan. The gooey chocolate brownie in combination with the mild Mocca flavor and salt, yum! You can easily make them the night before as they will just get better and better. Serve with whipped coconut cream or vanilla ice cream and strawberries or eat as they are.
Diet variations
If you for some reason can’t eat walnuts you can choose the nuts according to what you can eat. I would not go for peanuts because it will change the flavor quite drastically. Para nuts, cashew, or hazelnuts will work well as substitutes.
