Sorry for my absence, I’ve been to Cuba for holidays. In case you have been there, you know it’s not too easy to find Wifi there hehe. A short break from social media also did really well. Anyways, I’m back, and here’s a really good recipe on raw chocolate almond-coconut bites. Careful, they’re really tasty.

Almond-Coconut Bites

Ingredients
- 1 dl coconut oil
- 1 dl raw cocoa powder
- 1/2-1 dl pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- Pinch of flake salt
- 1 1/2 dl almonds
- 1/2 dl coconut flakes
Directions
- Step 1
- Melt the coconut oil on medium heat in a pan. Add the cocoa and maple syrup, mix and set aside to cool down a bit.
- Step 2
- Add the vanilla, salt, almonds, and coconut.
- Step 3
- Scoop the dough into a silicone mini muffin mold or onto a baking sheet.
- Step 4
- Place in the fridge and let cool for 2 hours minimum.
- Step 5
- Keep in the fridge.
