When snacksidents happen (cause we all know they do) you’re better off if the snacks are healthy. These are perhaps my top three healthy treats atm. I warn you, these are highly addictive! Luckily they don’t contain any refined sugar.
Hope you like it,

Ingredients
- Almond-butter dates:
- 12 fresh dates
- Almond butter
- Cacao nibs
- Flake salt
- Coconut flakes
- Raw chocolate covered almonds:
- 1 bar raw chocolate
- 2 dl almonds
- Flake salt
- Roasted coconut chocolate balls:
- 18 dates
- 3 dl oats
- 1/2 dl coconut oil
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 3 tbsp organic cacao powder
- 5 tbsp brewed coffee
- 1-2 tsp flake salt
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Shredded coconut
Directions
- Step 1
- Almond-butter dates: Remove the pit from the date and fill it with almond butter (the oilier the better). Top with cacao nibs, coconut and flake salt. Keep them in your freezer for ultimate pleasure.
- Step 2
- Raw chocolate covered almonds: Melt the chocolate. Throw in the almonds and spread them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle flake salt over and place in the fridge.
- Step 3
- Roasted coconut chocolate balls: Mix the dates, coconut oil and coconut milk in a blender. Add 2 dl of the oats, the cacao, coffee, salt, coconut flakes and mix some more. When you have a rollable dough, add the last dl of oats and cacao nibs and blend in with a spoon. Let the dough set in the fridge for a while. Roast the shredded coconut in a dry pan until slightly golden. Please don’t burn it cause you will have to start over in that case. Form small balls and roll them in the toasted coconut! Keep in the fridge or give it to a friend.
