Another favorite substitute for bread is seed crisps. So easy to make and filled with nutrition. The lower the heat, the longer you have to bake them but the healthier they will be. Do you comprende? Estimate 100°c = 1.5h or 150°c = 1h. They should be completely dry and golden brown when ready. Eat with a thick layer of Oatly cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 dl chickpea flour
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl flaxseed
- 0.5 dl oil
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp fennel
- 2 tsp flake salt
- 2 dl boiling water
Directions
- Step 1
- Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Step 2
- Pour the dough on a baking sheet and press the dough with another baking sheet until thin and covers the whole underlying baking sheet. Do you understand? If not then just make the dough as thin as you can with any method you wish.
- Step 3
- Heat the oven to 150°c.
- Step 4
- Bake for 1-1.5 hours until dry, golden and crispy.
- Step 5
- Let cool and enjoy with your favorite topping.
