Another favorite substitute for bread is seed crisps. So easy to make and filled with nutrition.
I usually make a large batch, keep in a container and eat with cream cheese, mashed avocado or goat cheese. They are perfect as a snack or in addition to the weekend cheeseboard.
P.S. The lower the heat, the longer you have to bake them but the healthier they will be. Do you comprende?

Ingredients
- 1 dl chickpea flour
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl flaxseed
- 0.5 dl oil
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp fennel
- 2 tsp flake salt
- 2 dl boiling water
Directions
- Step 1
- Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Step 2
- Pour the dough on a baking sheet and press the dough with another baking sheet until thin and covers the whole underlying baking sheet. Do you understand? If not then just make the dough as thin as you can with any method you wish.
- Step 3
- Heat the oven to 100-150°c. Bake for 1-1.5 h. They should be completely dry and golden brown when ready.
