2 advent. Christmas is literally around the corner. I have, of course, already had Christmas rice porridge. I made this with @oatly oat milk instead of red milk and it turned out so good. Here comes the recipe for a large batch.

Rice pudding

Ingredients
- 4 dl porridge rice
- 6 dl water
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 1-litre @oatly milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice
Directions
- Step 1
- Start by adding water, rice, butter, and salt to a pan. Boil on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Step 2
- Add the cinnamon and the milk and switch to low heat and stir often for about 30-45 minutes.
- Step 3
- Eat with butter, ground cinnamon and some sugar or stevia on top.
- Step 4
- P.S. Swap the butter to margarine for vegan-friendly.
