HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS sorry for caps lock but important message. Oh my GOD, these are delish. This recipe is made with dear @barebells, but in case you can’t get your hands on their magical hazelnut cream in your country you just have to leave it out.

HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients
- Recipe:
- 0.5 dl coconut oil
- 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 0.5 dl honey / maple syrup / stevia
- 0.5 dl @barebells hazelnut cream
- Flake salt
- +
- 0.5 peanut butter
- 2-4 tbsp boiling water
Directions
- Step 1
- Place all the ingredients for the chocolate in a pan and melt on medium heat.
- Step 2
- Add some flake salt according to taste (I love salty choco).
- Step 3
- Place the peanut butter in a jar and boil water.
- Step 4
- Add water to the peanut butter and mix until you have a smooth, slightly thick sauce.
- Step 5
- Place small cups or use a silicon form on a flat table and scoop in about 1 tsp chocolate, then scoop in some peanut butter mix and then fill with chocolate again.
- Step 6
- Add some flake salt on top. Repeat until you don’t have any chocolate left.
- Step 7
- Place in the fridge for 2h.
- Step 8
- These are best stored in the fridge if you have enough self-control not to eat them all at once.
