Such a simple vegetarian delish dish that takes hmm 15 minutes to make? I used Torino oat & carrot pasta to increase the amount of fibers and veggies while still having pasta. It was SO good, much better than a “normal” penne.

Ingredients
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 yellow onion
- Olive oil
- Canned tomatoes
- Tomato purée
- Chili flakes
- Salt & Pepper
- Parmesan
- Pasta of your choice
Directions
- Step 1
- Start by frying the chopped chili, garlic, and onion in some olive oil.
- Step 2
- Add the canned tomatoes, and the tomato puree along with some chili flakes, salt, and pepper and let it bubble in the pan.
- Step 3
- Cook the pasta in salted water to just under al dente.
- Step 4
- Add the pasta along with 1 dl pasta water to the tomato sauce.
- Step 5
- Serve with Parmesan shavings.
