I greet you this day with the greenest of green smoothies. It’s so pure it cured my hangover last Sunday, that’s something u guys. Drinking your greens is actually a good idea, hangover or not since almost nobody eats enough veggies today.

Green smoothie

Ingredients
- A handful of green kale
- A handful of baby spinach
- Half an avocado
- 0.5 dl frozen mango
- 1 large green apple
- 1/2 lemon’s juice
- 1 lime’s juice
- 2 dl nut-based milk
- Water if needed
- +
- 2 tsp @puhdistamo green smoothie mix
Directions
- Step 1
- Throw all the ingredients into your blender and mix.
- Step 2
- Add more water if you want to drink it and less if you want to eat it like a smoothie bowl.
- Step 3
- I added some @puhdistamo green smoothie mix to maximize vitamins but this is optional, of course.
- Step 4
- Enjoy now will you.
