This post is in collaboration with Foodin. This year is coming to an end and it’s time for the final recipe made from Foodin’s delicious treats. This year has really been an interesting one in so many ways, but I will try to remember it as a good year when I had time to connect with myself and my friends and family on a deeper level, learned to live in the present, and take it easier, and of course, the year when I started working with my fave, Foodin.
Luckily, I will continue to work with Foodin next year, so more amazing recipes are coming your way also in 2021. These crispy almond chocolate treats are free from white sugar and made from natural, organic ingredients only. They are the perfect treat for New Year’s Eve and will last in the fridge for up to two weeks.
My favorite ingredients from Foodin
The crispy almond chocolate treats in this recipe contain some of my absolute favorite ingredients from Foodin, and I always make sure to have these at home. They are the perfect base for both sweet and savory dishes. Foodin’s almond butter is something I honestly can’t live without. I always have at least two jars at home, as I eat one per week approximately. I use it as a topping on breakfast porridge and yogurt, as a base for Asian savory sauces, or as an ingredient in homemade sweet treats and cookies. It’s so smooth and creamy and rich in flavor. Other Foodin products I always make sure to have at home are the Foodin coconut oil and Foodin’s chia seeds. I use the coconut oil for frying or as oil in sweet desserts and the chia seeds I make breakfast from or use as a topping. A newfound love are the Dreamy raw chocolate chips, they are perfect to use as a substitute for regular chocolate in sweet recipes. To be honest I also pour them straight on my oatmeal for a delicious chocolate tasting breakfast. You can find all products on Foodin’s webshop.
Now let’s jump onto the crispy almond chooclate treats. They are so easy to make, requires a few ingredients only, and they only contain pure, natural, and organic ingredients. P.S. Make a double batch and store them in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Hope you like it,
Michelle
