Healthy, vegan gluten-free chocolate oat cookies. Remember the cookies with chocolate chips I posted a while ago? These are similar but full-on chocolate. How about you make a batch as Friday treat?

Chocolate oat cookies

Ingredients
- 4 dl glutenfree oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 dl maple syrup
- 5 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp peanut/almond butter
- Flake salt
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat the oven to 175°C.
- Step 2
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add more sweetener if you like.
- Step 3
- Add some salt to the dough as well according to taste.
- Step 4
- Form cookies, sprinkle with flake salt and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
- Step 5
- Enjoy immediately or store in a jar.
