Here comes the chocolate granola recipe as promised. Make a double batch so you can eat half before baking it hihi.

Chocolate granola

Ingredients
- Choco granola:
- 4 dl glutenfree oats
- 1 dl chopped nuts
- 0.5 dl shredded coconut
- 0.5 dl coconut oil
- 0.5 dl honey or maple syrup
- 4 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp flake salt
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat the oven to 180°C.
- Step 2
- Melt the coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, I used walnuts and almonds as nuts.
- Step 3
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
- Step 4
- Stir occasionally so the granola bakes evenly.
- Step 5
- Let cool completely and save in a jar.
- Step 6
- Eat with coconut yogurt for example.
