Remember that bread I posted yesterday? Roast some slices in olive oil and fry some mushrooms and you have the perfect lunch.
P.S. You can ofc make this with any bread, I would go for a sourdough slice if I were you.

Chantarelle bread

Ingredients
- Chantarelles:
- 1 litre fresh chanterelles
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp curry
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat a pan with butter and fry the onion and garlic until golden.
- Step 2
- Add the chanterelles to the pan and fry until all the liquid is evaporated.
- Step 3
- Roast a slice of the bread in some olive oil, spread with butter or cream cheese and add the chanterelles on top.
- Step 4
- I sprinkled some arrabbiata spice on top but it was more for the pic than for the taste heh.
