This was actually created by accident. Not sure if it’s been too long since I’ve had real blueberry pie but this reeeeally tastes like that.. and it comes in a very healthy drinkable version. Why not give it a try? P.S. The reason I use green bananas is the fact that they contain a LOT less sugar and you don’t get that ’ripe banana’ sweet flavor, actually you could not even taste the banana in this.

Blueberry pie smoothie

Ingredients
- Smoothie:
- 1.5 dl frozen blueberries
- 1 green banana
- 1.5 dl almond milk
- 0.5 dl coconut milk (from a can)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
- Toppings:
- Coconut flakes
- Fresh large blueberries
- Bee pollen
- Cacao nibs
Directions
- Step 1
- Blend all the ingredients for your smoothie in a blender.
- Step 2
- I had some leftover coconut milk on the fridge and I think that was a sleek move to add it.
- Step 3
- Add toppings and enjoy.
