I wonder what I did before chia jam? It takes 30 seconds to make, has no refined sugar and tastes so good.
Blueberry chia jam

Ingredients
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 0.5-1 dl water
- 1-2 tsp honey/agave
- Squeeze of lemon
Directions
- Step 1
- Mix everything and place it in the fridge until you eat it. Done.
- Step 2
- P.S. It will thicken over time and lasts 1 week in the fridge. I ate mine with healthy buckwheat waffles and whipped coconut cream.
