When you can’t choose between a chia pudding and smoothie you simply do both hehe. I eat chia pudding almost every day for breakfast, it contains protein and tastes very good. A bonus is to add a smoothie with berries and fruit so you get some carbs and vitamins as well. Perfect start to the day.
