Summer ain’t over before I say it is. I hereby declare this photoshoot one of the best moments this summer. Guess who got to eat all of these Barebells ice creams afterward. You will drop your jaws when I tell you these are sugar-free and packed with protein. This summer is never-ending SO load your fridge with Barebells salty peanut ice cream bars, call your friends over and make this ice cream buffet tonight. We served the following flavors at our fiesta; dark chocolate-coconut, white chocolate raspberry-pistachio & Peanutbutter-hazelnut-cranberry.

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate-coconut:
- Barebells salty peanut ice cream
- Barebells hazelnut spread
- Cocoa powder
- Coconut oil
- Coconut flakes
- Barebells coconut protein bar
- White chocolate raspberry-pistachio:
- Barebells salty peanut ice cream
- White chocolate (sugar-free)
- Dried raspberries
- Pistachios
- Melt the chocolate, let it cool, swirl it over and top with crushed raspberries and pistachios.
- Peanutbutter-hazelnut-cranberry:
- Barebells salty peanut ice cream
- Peanutbutter
- Coconut oil
- Crushed hazelnuts
- Dried cranberries
Directions
- Step 1
- Dark chocolate-coconut: Heat up the hazelnut spread and coconut oil in a pan and add some cocoa. Let it cool, or your dear ice cream will melt. Swirl over and top with coconut flakes and chopped coconut bar.
- Step 2
- White chocolate raspberry-pistachio: Melt the chocolate, let it cool, swirl it over and top with crushed raspberries and pistachios.
- Step 3
- Peanutbutter-hazelnut-cranberry: Melt the peanut butter along with coconut oil in a pan. Let cool. Swirl over and top with hazelnuts and dried cranberries.
