Hi hey hello. In Finland, we have this thing called ’pizza-perjantai’ which means pizza Friday which is today, yay. Therefore I just wanted to introduce you to this insane watermelon pizza. It’s loaded with vitamins and topped with the limited edition @barebells Lemon Curd protein bar. Instructions for this summer pizza below.
Barbells watermelon pizza

Ingredients
- 1 slice watermelon
- 1 dl Turkish yogurt
- 2 tbsp Barebells Vanilla Milkshake
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Barebells Lemon Curd protein bar
- Coconut flakes
- Bee pollen
- Dried raspberries
Directions
- Step 1
- Start by slicing the watermelon in half. Cut a 2 cm thick slice and place it on a plate. In a jar, mix yogurt and Vanilla Milkshake and spread it over the watermelon. Top your ‘pizza’ with sliced strawberries, blueberries, coconut, bee pollen, and dried raspberries. I mixed the protein bar in my blender but if you are not fond of cleaning it for a very long time after you can just cut into smaller pieces and it will work just as fine. Cut your pizza in slices and enjoy this summer’s freshest breakfast, dessert or snack.
