I have found something new to obsess with, it’s called millet and it’s puffed and healthy and filled with nutrition and just amazing. If you want to take these wonder seeds to the next level I advise you to do the following.
Almond butter millet granola

Ingredients
- 3 dl millet
- 2 dl oats
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple/agave syrup
- 3 egg whites
- Pinch of salt
- Organic almonds
Directions
- Step 1
- Start by heating the oven to 180°C. Whisk egg whites until they start bubbling and add almond butter, syrup, puffed millet and oats and stir around. Add salt according to taste. Prepare a pan with parchment paper, press down the mixture into ’thick mat’ and bake for 15-20 min. Take out, carefully break the mat and turn around so it gets even color. Add the almonds. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, do another turnaround if needed. Let it cool before breaking it up to desired sized crumbles. En-fricking-joy it with for instance Turkish yogurt and honey.
