Red smoothie bowl packed with vitamins for the win! It’s been a weird week. I will not talk anymore about the subject, as I feel oversaturated with content and opinions and not-promising outlooks of what is yet to come. Instead, I’m focusing on trying to stay sane indoors, cook good food, and try to eat as many berries and vegetables I possibly can in order to stay healthy. This breakfast is, for instance, a vitamin bomb.
This recipe makes two bowls!

Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 dl frozen mango
- 1/2 dl frozen pineapple
- 1 dl frozen redcurrants
- 1 dl frozen strawberries
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 dl @alpro coconut milk
Directions
- Step 1
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Step 2
- Top with granola, goji berries, hemp seed, freeze-dried raspberries, and shredded coconut.
