Chickpea raw chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- Oil
- Himalaya salt
- 1/2 dl coconut oil
- 1/2 dl cacao butter
- 1 dl raw organic cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
Directions
- Step 1
- Start by heating the oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Rinse the chickpeas in cold water thoroughly and set aside to dry.
- Step 3
- Sprinkle some oil of your choice on them, and toss in some Himalaya salt and bake until crunchy for about 20-30 minutes.
- Step 4
- Remove from oven and let cool completely, preferably make them the day before and let dry overnight.
- Step 5
- In a pan, measure the coconut oil and cacao butter and melt.
- Step 6
- Remove from heat and add the cacao powder, maple syrup, and coconut sugar. Blend with a spoon until everything is combined.
- Step 7
- Pour in the dried chickpeas and spread the chickpea chocolate onto a baking sheet into a thin layer.
- Step 8
- Place in the fridge for 2h.
