I love to snack on these. They are also nice to add to salads or soups. Chickpeas have a whopping 19g of protein per 100g, so they are the ultimate snack! You can spice them as you wish, I went with this combo.

Rosemary garlic roasted chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 pack soaked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp flake salt
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat the oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly in water, dry them a place on a baking sheet covered pan.
- Step 3
- Add olive oil and the spices, mix around and bake for about 20-40 minutes. This depends a lot on your oven. You want them crunchy but not burnt.
- Step 4
- Let them cool and save in a jar or eat them as a snack.
