It’s Saturday AND my dear bf’s birthday YAY. We are kicking this morning off with a smashing combo, sparkling wine, and Nocco Caribbean Ice-pop. I would dare to say this is a next level mimosa that will impress your friends and keep your drink cold for loOong. Since I don’t want to encourage anyone to drink alcohol you can, of course, swap it to alcohol-free sparkling wine or regular sparkling water. It will taste better after a while since it will gain more and more taste from the ice-pop. It took forever for it to melt so you can have a good 2-3 refills if you are thirsty with the same ice-pop.
