Berry-crumble pie

Ingredients
- 2-3 dl berries
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 2 dl oats
- 1 dl mixed seeds
- 1 dl mixed nuts
- 0.5 dl almond flour
- 0.5-1 dl sweetener (honey, agave, maple)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt

- Ice cream
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat the oven to 180°C.
- Step 2
- Mix the berries, I used red and blackcurrants here but anything works, with potato starch (this keeps the liquid inside the berries) and place them in an ovenproof pan.
- Step 3
- Mix all the dry ingredients and in the end add the liquid sweetener of your choice.
- Step 4
- Scoop the dough on top of your berries and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Step 5
- Serve with ice cream, I used @barebells cookie dough.
