There’s hummus and there’s paprika hummus. This bad boy is very, very tasty. You can find preserved paprika in most grocery stores! It’s usually next to dried tomatoes and other similar stuff.

Spicy paprika hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 can preserved paprika
- 1 tbsp light tahini
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp paprika spice
- Salt & Pepper
- Dukkah for topping
Directions
- Step 1
- Throw all the ingredients in a blender and mix!
- Step 2
- If you haven’t made my chili oil (shame on you) it’s ofc ok to just add regular chili flakes for spiciness!
- Step 3
- Top off with Dukkah.
