The easiest way to impress friends and family is to make this gorgeous 3 ingredient raspberry-pistachio chocolate. It’s so easy to make and absolutely delicious. I used @brunberg_oy sugar-free chocolate. You can use whichever choco you like.
Pistachio-Raspberry chocolate

Ingredients
- 100g (sugar-free) chocolate
- A handful of dried raspberries
- A handful salted pistachios
Directions
- Step 1
- Start by heating water in a pan. Place another bowl on top, break the chocolate into smaller pieces and place it in the empty bowl. Let it slowly melt from the steam. When fully melted, set aside for a minute.
- Step 2
- Chop the pistachios and raspberries into smaller pieces. Place a baking sheet on a flat surface, spread the melted chocolate with a knife in a thin, thin layer, and top with nuts and raspberries.
- Step 3
- Place in the fridge on an empty shelf for at least 1hour.
- Step 4
- Crack into small bites, place in a jar and give to a friend.
- Step 5
- Pssst. keep the chocolate in the fridge.
