Happy Thursday dear peeps. Since you according to yesterday’s story poll prefer savory recipes that are healthy and simple to make I’m throwing this poke bowl at ya! It’s really super easy to make, you basically only need to know what you want in it and how to chip chop.
Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- Black rice
- Green kale
- Shredded carrot
- Smoked salmon
- Soy marinated mushrooms
- Spring onion
- Radish
- Pickled red onion
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- Sauce of your choice
Directions
- Step 1
- Start by cooking the rice and let it cool.
- Step 2
- I mixed my kale with some olive oil and apple cider vinegar to soften it up and marinated my mushrooms in some soy, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Step 3
- Otherwise, you just chop and shred the ingredients you want, place them nicely in a bowl and top with your favorite sauce.
- Step 4
- We used the marinade from the mushrooms as sauce and topped it with our fave Sriracha Mayo.
- Step 5
- ETP (estimated time of preparation, yes I made that up) is 15 minutes, depending on how fast of a chopper you are.
