Hello hello and happy Monday, hope you survived the weekend. I’m gonna share my best tip to spice up this otherwise grey day, and it’s pronounced c.h.i.l.i. O.i.l. I swirls this shii* on everything. It takes 5 minutes to make and requires 3 ingredients, so come on.
Pssst. It’s also insanely good as base for many many other sauces. It stays good for very long. I use my oil with everything. As the base for dipping sauce, in stews, on pasta, on pizza on everything!

Ingredients
- 2 dl organic canola oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat the canola oil (and please choose a good quality oil) on medium heat and add the chili. Let simmer for a short while (we are talking 1 minute) and remove from the heat.
- Step 2
- Note! The process is very quick, if it turns even slightly brown you need to start over or it will taste very bad. Yes, it happened to me.
- Step 3
- Let cool and pour your oil into a fancy jar like mine above and take your meals to the next level.
Hope you like it,
Michelle
