Spicy chili glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- Salmon:
- 400g salmon fillet
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sweet pepper spice
- 1 tsp teriyaki spice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Chili flakes
- Salt & Pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 dl Turkish yogurt
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Salt flakes
- Sides:
- Quinoa cooked in veggie broth
- Avocado
- Spring onion
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
- Strawberries
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat the oven to 180°C.
- Step 2
- Place the salmon on a baking pan and swirl over all the spices and drizzle over the honey and spread it out evenly.
- Step 3
- Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
- Step 4
- Cook the quinoa on vegetable broth.
- Step 5
- For the sauce, you just mix everything.
