Food Pharmacy’s granola is amazing. It’s really frickin delish AND good for your gut. If you want tons of info about anti-inflammatory food, the two ladies behind Food Pharmacy know a thing or two about it. Here comes the basic recipe for their amazing granola.

Ingredients
- 2 dl buckwheat grains
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 dl flaxseed
- 1/2 dl shredded coconut
- 2 dl oats
- 1 dl almonds
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp honey (if you a sweet tooth)
- 2 tbs coconut oil
Directions
- Step 1
- Heat the oven to 100°C.
- Step 2
- Throw the buckwheat in some water while you measure the rest of the ingredients.
- Step 3
- Mix everything in a bowl, don’t forget to take out your buckwheat form the water, and place on a baking sheet covered pan in a thin layer.
- Step 4
- Bake for a couple of hours or so until golden.
- Step 5
- Enjoy.
