2-ingredient Raspberry jam

Ingredients
- 250 g frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp erythritol/syrup
Directions
- Step 1
- Place the raspberries in a pan, heat up and let boil on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Step 2
- Add the preferred sweetener and let boil for another minute. Done.
- Step 3
- Place in a clean glass jar and it will stay good for a week in the fridge
