Sunday breakfast in the archipelago topped with mama’s raspberry jam. She’s the best chef I know in this world. Usually, she never remembers any recipes since they are crated in the head department while she cooks. This magic jam only requires two ingredients so she managed to tell me the recipe. I ate it with greek yogo, fresh berries, dried mulberries, and some chia seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 liter fresh raspberries
- 1.5 dl sugar
Directions
- Step 1
- Place in a pan and heat up, let simmer for 5 minutes while constantly stirring slowly.
- Step 2
- Skim the foam from the jam, place it in a clean glass jar and keep it in the fridge and it will be good for a few months.
